I got donuts from here when they were still kind of new. I didn't hate them but I was underwhelmed. I was tempted again when I was in the neighborhood recently. The donuts look as good irl as they do in pix but the flavor and texture isn't special and they're stupidly expensive. I don't think the design of the place has changed in years either although i might be wrong but it's eastside twee and really dated. There's so many great donut shops all over LA. Don't waste you're money here.

I've had their strawberry shakes and peanut butter shakes so far, and they are so delicious!! The donuts are unbelievably delicious. I wish I had known about this place before. Now I'm a regular.Vegetarian options: It's a vegan donut shop. Safe for vegetarians.Parking: There is paid public parking on 51st Ave. North of York St.Kid-friendliness: Well, they offer donuts, ice cream, and shakes. I guess that makes it kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: The shop is on the ground level. There are no stairs to obstruct.

How in the world do they make those fritters so good!? Inventive and delicious flavors that I didn’t realize were vegan until my wife pointed it out. I genuinely couldn’t tell the difference.

Delicious. taste was definitely not lacking. was having a stressful day but the strawberry cream donut transported me to an unpredictable utopia. despite the lovely experience the pricing is just okay, but the donuts themselves are pretty big so it was more than enough for me.

**Uber eats delivery review** I had to surprise my partner with Donut Friend as he never had them before, and safe to say he loved it!! Uber eats delivery was super fast and packaged nicely in their cute box! We decided to get the X-Ray Speculoos, Youth Brulee, and of course their famous Strawberrylab donuts. We were in love with everything, but our favorite was the X-Ray Speculoos!! The cookie butter spread paired with the chocolate was sooo delicious! We honestly never had anything like it! Definitely having these again!

Some of the best donuts I've ever had. They have a lot of really unique flavors but still some classics. Pretty decently priced for the size of them to.

Came here with my boo for after dinner dessert and I wanted to try every donut on display! Since we were stuffed from dinner we opted to share a donut and shake. The donut wasn't bad (I'm not much of a donut connoisseur) but the shake was amazing! Would definitely come back and try other flavors, as a lactose intolerant I love the vegan options!

Me and my partner drove 45 mins for this and were not disappointed. Tracey, the manger was amazing! The donuts, the customer service, the atmosphere! Everything was phenomenal. Crossing our fingers for her Long Beach location!

OMG Donut Friend is dangerous. I don't know why I haven't reviewed this place before because I've indulged in these decadently fried treats in the past. Maybe it was because I was a little piggy and shoved the whole donut in my mouth before my phone could say, "Snap." The beautiful Brooke M and I were enjoying a lovely Sunday Funday, and we couldn't resist the temptation to have one of these tasty delights. The donuts are visually appealing and sport clever names. I love the Fritter Seems Forever and my fav is the X-Ray Speculoos, but I decided to try something new and selected Caramel on Parade. The Custard Front Drive was calling Brooke's name. The Caramel on Parade ($4.45) was delicious. A vanilla cake donut topped with chocolate glaze, candied pecans, chocolate chips, drizzled with caramel & sprinkled with sea salt. Bite after Bite it was a parade in my mouth. The Custard Front Drive ($4.45) was also yummy. A raised donut filled with Bavarian crème and topped with a velvety chocolate glaze. The donut was soft & fluffy and the filling was generous and tasty. It was by far the best Bismark (aka Boston Cream) donut that I've had. Donut Friend was founded by multi-platinum music producer Mark Trombino and his commitment to creating mouthwatering vegan donuts is as strong as his devotion to producing award winning hits. The donuts have the same texture and consistency of regular donuts but aren't as heavy and they range in price from $3.45 to $5.45. They also serve coffee & tea beverages, ice cream, & shakes. *Metered street parking & residential street parking.
