We went in at 6am and the donuts were delicious! Also, the hot chocolate was surprisingly delicious, given that we'd just had a bad experience with hot chocolate from a hipster place not too far (cold and lacked sweetness). Dunkin hit the mark and turned our morning around..

Great little Dunkin...if ever in San Diego again... I will go back. Got two muffins... one pumpkin, I believe, and blueberry was the other. Both are excellent.

Apparently, I'll have to go back to the east coast if I want a real Dunkin Donuts experience. This place hired a bunch of incompetent kids that have no idea what they're doing and know nothing about good customer service. I recommend going to the Starbucks down the street.

This location is awful. If you're intending to apply for a job here, don't bother. After sending in my application, they instructed me to prepare for an interview, but when I arrived, they informed me that they were not recruiting. This wasted my time, and the hiring manager pretended to listen to me when she obviously wasn't.

As a New Yorker, when they opened I was more than excited! Especially them being in my neighborhood and usual driving route most days. I still drop in at least twice a week, however, I'm very disappointed in their customer service. These past few months there's always new employees. Which sucks because they ones from the beginning were great! And I'm also a customer that likes and prefers my local business to know my family and I. As well as know them. This location is slipping. I try to mobile order now not to deal with the kids that work there. Though they are still annoying at times. But other than that, food and coffee is always good. Makes me happy and for a moment, feel like I'm back home.
I used to love Dunkin', and was so happy when they finally returned to the west coast. I swear I'm not crazy but I'm pretty sure the donuts have gotten smaller, as of course the price rises. Regardless, if there is a Dunkin' nearby, I'll find my way over. My default is usually a chocolate frosted and a Boston cream, and today was no different. I did add on their hash browns since they are pretty darn good. Guy cashier was really nice, and although the hash browns took a little longer than expected, these too were enjoyable. I like this particular location because there is usually some parking available in the lot shared with the other businesses, and they are quick and efficient here. Worth a stop if you're in the area, and are craving donuts-

I’m not sure why, but this Dunkin’s selection is ALWAYS wrong on the app.You’ll go in to pick up your order and there will be something missing.You’ll try to order something in the app and it’ll say they’re out but you’ll go in and they have it stocked.I’ve really never had an issue with any of the other Dunkin’s, just this one…

I've been back twice in the last few weeksfor their breakfast sandwich , quick &adequate. It's not your $25 shi shi whichhey it's $5, so I think it's a budget Yelpermeal. Its also a beautiful neighborhoodwalk for a few blocks. The bwich is quitelarge. 2 usually over cooked eggs ,1.5 stripsof bacon & weird cheese,no taste. lookslike a spread of semi-translucent white glueIt's like no cheese cheese. Their ice coffeeis the best. The staff are efficient & friendlyconsidering being rushed by am commuters.
