As a New Yorker, when they opened I was more than excited! Especially them being in my neighborhood and usual driving route most days. I still drop in at least twice a week, however, I'm very disappointed in their customer service. These past few months there's always new employees. Which sucks because they ones from the beginning were great! And I'm also a customer that likes and prefers my local business to know my family and I. As well as know them. I used to love Dunkin', and was so happy when they finally returned to the west coast. I swear I'm not crazy but I'm pretty sure the donuts have gotten smaller, as of course the price rises. Regardless, if there is a Dunkin' nearby, I'll find my way over. My default is usually a chocolate frosted and a Boston cream, and today was no different.
