because you use a tablet to order, customer-employee interaction is minimal, but it shouldn’t be non-existent. on two different occassions i have had the three employees ignore me when I was the only person waiting or one of two customers in the store. (it would be different and more understandable if they were busy!) its really humiliating when i just have a quick question or missing part of my order and there’s nothing to do about it. i have worked in food service before....

So thrilled that Dunkin has finally setup shop in the next town over from us. The best coffee in the area. Even though the closest Dunkin shop is 10 miles away, it is the best and it really says something when your willing to drive to the next town for a cup of coffee.

Today was my first time setting foot ? into the Dunkin’ Donuts ? ☕️ in Westwood Village ? ? ???! It was a fantastic ? first-time experience ?!Today is National Coffee Day ☕️ ? ?! So as long as you make a purchase, you get a free medium size coffee ☕️ ! I purchased a blueberry glazed donut ? to get my free medium coffee ☕️??!As you can imagine on a day like this, there were a lot of people already there by the time I came in ?!Much to my dismay, my Dunkin’ Donuts...
