How does a dunkin donuts not have a payment option for cash like that's so crazy I stood there for 30 min and they just stared at me like I was crazy then I asked if they take cash and they were like nope...... That's crazy whyyyy cause it's next to USC and they discriminate against low income people or even people with no cards and pay with cash like crazy !

Completely disappointing for a slow Saturday early morning. Ordered ahead online to avoid any issues. They took so long I didn’t have time to wait for my complete order. Sad they have incompetent people employed here. Waste of my time and my money. Never coming back!!!

My order was for an iced latte with almond milk, paid extra for the milk type. After the order was placed at the electric machines (the only option to ace an order) the barista says there is no almond milk ( I am allergic to oat & soy & whole) I ask her for a cold brew with the selected syrups, I get a bitter dirt water at the end, yes there is a smiley drawn on the cup but my 5.6$ for coffee was dirt water
The wait line was long as well , only thing which were decent were the donuts

For a small Dunkin’ this is my and my kiddos GO TO location these guys in the mornings are killing it all the time they do get overwhelmed with orders but one thing Ive learned is to always order ahead. Staff is super friendly too. Better experience than the Crenshaw location by a mile.
I’m seeing people complain about the app and blaming this location its not the location’s fault the app doesn’t update and that goes for a lot of Dunkin locations too. Its technology it takes a minute to update.
I'm revising this review because I just looked at another part of my order and realized it's completely wrong. I don't know why, but this place always messes up any online delivery orders; I ordered today off of Uber Eats and my coffee tastes watered down and burnt, the sandwich that was supposed to come on a Croissant was instead on an English Muffin, and the half-dozen donuts I ordered were completely wrong and only one of which is a flavor I actually like.
I do understand that this is, in part, an issue with using Uber Eats as there is no way for the store to contact the buyer to let us know when they are out of certain items, but at the same time I feel like that can be solved by asking the driver to contact us and let us know they're out of something we ordered and asking us what we want out of what they have available for the same / similar price.
At least, that's what I do at my job when someone comes through on Insta-cart looking for something that we're out of. IDK, maybe I do too much and thus am also asking too much. Still annoying and disappointing, especially when it was a pretty small order.
