Place starts to stink real bad, like melting plastic. I look around confused. Nobody seems to notice. I let it go. Can’t be a problem. Lady behind the counter goes, “something’s burning.” Like super nonchalant. Still nobody cares. Starts to get even worse. Lady who said, “something’s burning,” has already forgotten about it. Seemed to be the theme of this place. 10 workers buzzing around back there, none of them really trying to figure out what’s going on or too busy with other things to care.My order takes another 16 minutes to come out. Two coffees. I can still smell the burnt plastic. Coffees decent though.

I ordered two decaf iced coffees which were both fully caffeinated. To whoever runs this location: fix this. You are threatening people’s health and

I just wish someone from the team would step up and figure out why I cannot order on the APP, I never get any points because the manager will not investigate why there app won’t work, it’s been 5 months and I cannot order through the app. I mentioned it toThem and they say “ we don’t have any control over the app you will have to order in person” well I’m at home with a fractured back with no vehicle, I need to order on the app I can’t come in person It’s so frustrating

The counter person made a mistake on my order. When I called to let them know about the mistake the person on the phone said I picked up the wrong order. When I informed her the number on my cup matched my receipt she became rude and said I could come back and get another coffee. When I asked to simply have my credit card credited, she said my only option was to drive back. She was not only rude but showed no desire to show any sign of understanding how a mistake inconvenienced me not her or the store.

Dunkin donuts was never the best donuts you could find, but when did they stop making cake donuts. All I was hoping for was a chocolate covered white cake donut, literally the most basic donut imaginable. No dice. Just garbage.

Cute spot to get some donuts or Dunkin’ swag. The employees are nice and the store is clean. Parking is lot parking. I came here before a fitness class because they sell water bottles and other juices.

The customer service from their manager is terrible .. (other people were nice) I asked if their matcha contains sugar, she said all matchas are the same. I’m a tea business owner and it’s not correct. It’s not hard to check if your matcha contains sugar or not. But her attitude was the worst. Also, I asked for two individual bags, so we can comfortably eat donuts outside. I don’t mind paying extra for it but she said they can’t do it. Being that inflexible for a business is ridiculous. The donuts are okayThis is my first and last time in DD. I would just go back to my favorite Asian-owned donut shops with nice service and delicious donuts ?

I have been to this location before. They have parking and they are easily accessible. Dunkin can be a hit or miss and I broke up with them a while back when they discontinued the lemon donut. I went in for an iced coffee and they have a special if you order a M/L beverage you can get a donut for $1. They handed me the donut and based on the flow of the store and what others were doing, you go to the other end of counter for your coffee. Side bar: A single thank you and you can pick up your coffee over there would be nice). As I am waiting a guy comes in for a mobile order and picks up his drink and his order includes hash browns. The girl behind the counter turns to me and says to him I think this may be yours and attempts to snatch the bag from my hand. I pulled back and told her it's a donut. A drink is ready and they place it in a lane, no announcement of what it is AND the sticker that says what it is does not face outward for you to see. Fortunately it was my drink so I wasn't touching someone else's. I think this relationship is over and I should hold on to the fond memories once had when they carried lemon donuts.RIP Fred. There is no at Dunkin saying " It's time to make the donuts."
