Unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience at this Dunkin’. I ordered a Vanilla Bean Coolatta and was handed a cup so overfilled it dripped all over my car within seconds.
When I returned it to the employee, I was met with an attitude and asked what I wanted — as if it wasn’t obvious. I politely asked for the drink to be made correctly, and instead of remaking it, she just poured the same drink into another cup.
While the drink itself was fine, the lack of care and professionalism was disappointing. This could’ve easily been avoided with just a little more attention.

6/30/2025 - Passing by Dunkin and buying a large cup of cappuccino with an extra shot, the taste is 5 stars in comparison to the same one purchased at the Starbucks yesterday - for fairness, I forgot to ask for an extra shot at the Starbucks!

The ambience in the store is fine, and the store is clean, plus a free parking is available just in front of the store.

I was gonna make it to work right on time. I figured a coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts would be pretty quick boy was I wrong after making the decision to stop by I entered the restaurant which was empty. There was three people seemed like a supervisor and two workers. I went straight to the counter and tried to order the guy at the register. Told me he was new and asked me to order on the kiosk. I was pretty bothered, but I proceeded to order my drink and pay After watching him. Look at the screen confused. I didn’t really think much of it, but after standing there for a few minutes, I approach the counter and looked over at him and he was just standing there confused to which I told him hey is everything OK? I’m running late is supervisor approached and I expressed to her that I was running late. I asked her if she could just make my drink so I can go. He proceeded to show her the cup and she told him it was not done correctly after she instructed him on how to make it correctly and turned towards me I told her hey can you please help him get my drink so I can get out of here I’m really late. She kind of just said it’s OK. He got it in a very disrespectful way, judging on the situation The guy didn’t know what he was doing at all as me and her were going back-and-forth. He stopped making a drink because he didn’t know the next steps and that’s when I told her to look he’s not even making my drink and I’m running late. She finally turned around and helped him complete my drink. This is an outrage if you are running late to work don’t stop by this location because the manager or supervisor could care less

I was a regular customer here until I was accused of stealing a donut. I placed my order through the mobile app and requested to pick it up through the drive thru. I picked up my order and pulled up a little past the window to check my order as there was another car behind me. This was a big mistake. I immediately went to the drive thru call box and informed the employee that a donut was missing from my order. Once I got to the window she asked that I give her all the bags from my order so she could check them. This was pretty bad but I did it. She then told me that she double checked the bag and the donut was in there. This is not true as this location has shorted me on items in my order before. In reading other reviews, I know I’m not the only one they have done this to. She then kept insisting that she put the donut in the bag, and then she finally just came out and said that I took the donut out of the bag myself. In her view this was to get another donut for free! Not true!! People like this are usually thieves and I bet she has done this herself so she thinks everyone is like her. I think it’s a setup to even out inventory counts. She’s more than likely eating the donuts and then skims them off of customers to even out the inventory. If a customer doesn’t check their bag or bags right away and drives off , they may not bother to come back and retrieve a missing item or a few for that matter. Truly a lack of breeding and customer service skills here. Never going back to Dunkin!!

The staff here is so nice and always make my drinks just right. I've been to other Dunkin's before where that hasn't always been the case so that's a big win in my book.

Idk about this location anymore its convenient because it has a drive thru. I’ve gone in the mornings and it has been a great experience overall staff are friendly BUT in the evening its a whole different mood as if they are bothered that you are there to order anything at all. It must be that they are young too. I as of late stopped coming to this location and started going to the USC location instead so much better service throughout the day. Rework your evening crew at this location Dunkin’.

Wow. So I keep going to this Dunkin because I live nearby. But not again. First of all, most times they don’t have fresh donuts. It’s unclear why they’re open until like 10pm because they run out of edible donuts at like 4. Also every time you walk inside, there’s never a line—but there’s also no one there to help you. You just stand there. Alone. No one says Hello. No one says: We’ll be right with you. You just stand there. One time I stood there alone for ten minutes (I called out multiple times—can someone help me please?) and then finally I just walked out . I was so alone I could have probably walked behind the counter and stolen the donuts. Today I walk in. No one is in line in the shop. I’ve been standing there about 3 minutes when Im finally able to grab someone’s attention—and she just glares at me. Like—“ugh someone’s here to buy donuts? What a drag!” 👀 No, “Oh, hi! I’ll be right there.” No, “Good morning!” Nothing. No words. Just a glare. I wait another 2 minutes (alone, staring at donuts). I then call out, “Are you all just doing drive-thru right now?” And I get told, “No. just give us a second.” — Again, no “I’m sorry, we’ll be right there” no nothing. Apparently I’m just the bad guy by default because when I walk into a donut shop I expect someone to acknowledge my presence and take my order. LOL. Worst customer service ever. Bye!

They usually let me use the bathroom and it’s clean, this morning I didn’t get to eat breakfast and I needed something to eat I ended up paying 11$ for a burnt croissant and half a cup of lukewarm matcha when I ordered a hot matcha . Even though no one was there they didn’t take my order I had to use the machine there… and just didn’t acknowledge me at all rly until I asked to use the bathroom. I’m sad I rly needed food this morning I don’t have time to stop anywhere else. Need new morning staff that actually CARES!

I encountered difficulties using the self-ordering kiosk, attempting the transaction three times due to its mandated use. My mother's attempts to obtain assistance from staff were repeatedly ignored; a simple acknowledgement of her presence would have been appreciated. But ultimately obtained our coffee elsewhere.
