Idk about this location anymore its convenient because it has a drive thru. I’ve gone in the mornings and it has been a great experience overall staff are friendly BUT in the evening its a whole different mood as if they are bothered that you are there to order anything at all. It must be that they are young too. I as of late stopped coming to this location and started going to the USC location instead so much better service throughout the day. Rework your evening crew at this location Dunkin’.

Wow. So I keep going to this Dunkin because I live nearby. But not again. First of all, most times they don’t have fresh donuts. It’s unclear why they’re open until like 10pm because they run out of edible donuts at like 4. Also every time you walk inside, there’s never a line—but there’s also no one there to help you. You just stand there. Alone. No one says Hello. No one says: We’ll be right with you. You just stand there. One time I stood there alone for ten minutes (I called out multiple times—can someone help me please?) and then finally I just walked out . I was so alone I could have probably walked behind the counter and stolen the donuts. Today I walk in. No one is in line in the shop. I’ve been standing there about 3 minutes when Im finally able to grab someone’s attention—and she just glares at me. Like—“ugh someone’s here to buy donuts? What a drag!” 👀 No, “Oh, hi! I’ll be right there.” No, “Good morning!” Nothing. No words. Just a glare. I wait another 2 minutes (alone, staring at donuts). I then call out, “Are you all just doing drive-thru right now?” And I get told, “No. just give us a second.” — Again, no “I’m sorry, we’ll be right there” no nothing. Apparently I’m just the bad guy by default because when I walk into a donut shop I expect someone to acknowledge my presence and take my order. LOL. Worst customer service ever. Bye!

Pup approved :)
They usually let me use the bathroom and it’s clean, this morning I didn’t get to eat breakfast and I needed something to eat I ended up paying 11$ for a burnt croissant and half a cup of lukewarm matcha when I ordered a hot matcha . Even though no one was there they didn’t take my order I had to use the machine there… and just didn’t acknowledge me at all rly until I asked to use the bathroom. I’m sad I rly needed food this morning I don’t have time to stop anywhere else. Need new morning staff that actually CARES!

I encountered difficulties using the self-ordering kiosk, attempting the transaction three times due to its mandated use. My mother's attempts to obtain assistance from staff were repeatedly ignored; a simple acknowledgement of her presence would have been appreciated. But ultimately obtained our coffee elsewhere.

Always ordered (drive thru)I've been coming here for a few days now and honestly the first time I went there it was okay but the last few times I've gone there I've gotten less and less beverage in my cup that I ordered which is kind of crazy being as I'm almost paying $7 for my beverage for it not to be at least all the way for every time I've gone it's like different quantities of the beverage. Today for example it's January 20th and I went there at 7:05am and I let the cashier know why I was checking my beverage she laughed at me as if saying she's one of those. I then proceeded to explain why I was checking it and she gave me a really weird explanation as how sometimes they don't ration the milk or the product the same and that's why it varies which to me means you don't have enough of the product and that's why you're giving me less of the beverage that I pay nearly $7 for all together today's experience was not the best and I got laughed at in the end Save your money don't come here poor service.

Awful experience at Dunkin drive thru! Employees left a GLOVE in my food! Contacted store representative and corporate and I've yet to receive my refund. They keep trying to give me a gift card or I have to drive all the way back to receive a refund. Why would I drive all the way back there and not only inconvenience myself, but waste gas too, just so they can correct their mistake! The worst customer service I have experienced!!! It's been well over 1 month and they've yet to resolve the issue! Save your money people, unless you want to be eating plastic!

Cool place with a large parking lot and indoor seating.
Staff is nice and helpful, honestly I did not expect such a good place as I was at first skeptical of the neighborhood.
though It's getting better.

I fly into LA a few times a year to visit my kid. I come to this DD when I'm in town. My drink is always perfect, better than my usual DD. Sandwich isn't cold in the middle which is common at other DD. Service is always quick. Dealt with manager and I see her working while I drink my coffee inside. She treats the homeless that come in with respect. A+ store!!!

This branch has taken a nosedive, they are currently a disaster, inside the store you can wait 15 minutes to wait for a coffee, while 5/7 cars pass by in the drive thrue. It is understood that it is a priority but no one can spend almost half an hour waiting for a coffee without there being NO ONE inside the premises waiting. It seems like a joke, the pregnant manager neither says hello, nor says thank you, nor good morning, nor absolutely anything. What's wrong with them? Saving the girl with fuchsia hair and the brunette with a scooter and one more employee, the rest are impressively rude, if the manager is already rude, what's left for the rest?! She should be a leader and set an example, not be ordinary. Learn to say hello and thank you because YOU ARE PAID, no one is asking you for a favor. They give you the wrong things, the employees at this Dunkin' are currently a DISASTER.
Wheelchair accessibility: Every day there is a vehicle parked incorrectly in the disabled space. The manager's family members park diagonally, taking up 3 spots just to talk to her and leave. Where were they raised? They look like wild animals
