We went to eat some Donuts and soft drinks while we waited for the bus back home. It was a Friday around 5pm and there was no one in the establishment. The donuts were delicious, as is customary at any brand location. However, the strawberry + dragonfruit and mango + pineapple soft drinks, despite being good, were all ice. In two sips there was no soda left. Quite disappointed. The place was very good although the sink was quite dirty and the soap dispenser in the men's room was broken

Disappointed with the iced coffee I got from this location. I always order the same thing when I go to any Dunkin location. This location gave me an iced coffee with a bunch of undissolved sugar sitting at the bottom of the cup. The coffee in general tasted very old.

I’m going to start off with the Uber Eats menu, it doesn’t have their holiday drinks menu. I called to let them know I wanted the holiday drink. Angel answered and followed though correctly with my order. Him and his co workers went above & beyond. Will be ordering again.

We stopped here yesterday morning for some Dunkin donuts and their coffee. Visting family here, I went to get us all donuts and coffee for breakfast , and it was delicious. I purchased several different flavors for everyone to enjoy. Staff were ok here. Customer service could have been better. But i am still happy with the outcome i endured. Id comeback again.
The young lady there has the worst service. Constantly rubs me the wrong way. Doesn't greet, should be customer centric. I think she should be more welcoming in this historic neighborhood.

One of my favorite DD locations. Noisy intersection however the staff is friendly and quick if you go in the drive thru. If you order inside, you'll have to wait a little longer for your order to be ready. Parking is ample but can be full in the morning but if you wait a little, you'll get a space. Ordered 3 of the new chorizo and egg wraps to go. Get home and each is cold. Not cold from driving 2 miles back home, cold from not being heated properly at all. On top of it, the tortilla on one side was burned black. (About half of one side) I reheated in the microwave for almost 1:30 to get it to eating temp. I pulled off the burned parts and ate the rest. Not a reasonable or expected experience.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had eating out in the past few years. There is a donut stop across the street extra terrific donuts that I always love. They have fresh donuts, better food, better coffee, everything is just better.The donuts were hardly edible. They tasted quite stale and I went in the morning. I paid 5 dollars for a sandwich the size of a credit card, and it also tasted microwaved. Everything you get here you can get cheaper at the grocery store and it will probably be tastier and fresher.Coffee didn’t even taste like coffee, tasted like watery milk.I usually go elsewhere and I guess I had forgotten why but let this be a reminder to me to never eat here again. Even the donut holes were disappointing and I paid 4 dollars for 10 of them.Oh and the service was terrible. They took over 10 minutes to take my order and longer than that to actually serve me my sandwich that was popped in a microwave. Staff was rude too, really poor customer service.Lastly they won’t even give you a cup of water to wash their unappetizing taste out of your mouth either - they want a dollar for a small cup of tap water.
