Prior to this visit I had enjoyed a wonderful time at Downtown Disney.
My experience was so great the entire family decided to have it again for dinner this evening at LAX before our international flight back.
Arrived. Got in line, there was only one customer in front of me. Waited 5 minutes and was never served. I walked away while a poor old lady was forced to use a screen another customer had to step in and help her out.
If your rent is too high and you need to only put two staff in front counter your business model is flawed and this site will be cutting corners.
Great brand tarnished by bad decisions.
Update: it’s 6:55 PM on Sunday. The girl with black hair and glasses chatting to her boyfriend of guy friend on the side window sipping on Starbucks instead of serving customers or making food.
Feeling like either the staff are getting paid peanuts and monkeys were attracted to this site or the owner is getting taken for a ride..

I was only person there initially. Two people behind bar chatting and took their time to get to me. Bar had drinks still on bar. Throughout my 3 hour visit there cleaning was not important. I ordered a sandwich expecting it on a plate. It was simply a rolled up sandwich put in front of me. No napkins or anything. Never followed up (bartender Brian) on anything. Had to ask for things at least twice. My drink which I thought was a generous pour was $23. Expensive even for an airport. Normally you’re asked if you want 6 ounce or 9. I got a 9. Asked Brian for tab. Got busy and never got it up me. Asked the quite unfriendly manager who seemed to not be able to do it. Didn’t tell me that but simply kept me waiting until he finally got Brian. Really poor service. Sandwich was not good. It was ok. $15 I should have saved. First visit to this chain and last

Amazing!! I had the Holiday Turkey Sandwich and Cheddar Broccoli Soup. I used the QR code and did mobile order and my BF was able to sit and relax when our food was prepared. I had more time to check out the nearby shops and spend more money. The sandwiches were incredible the bread is on another level. Worth the wait. I didn’t take a picture cuz we ate it so fast and we had a flight to catch

I’d recommend the full montague sandwich. Expect high prices for a small sandwich

This location is conveniently located in Tom Bradley international terminal but that's about all that's good. The prices are astronomical ($15 for a sandwich, $20 for a combo), the food was okay but prepared poorly and the service was just bad. I ordered two combos from the kiosk and after a moderate wait they called my number and the person handed me a bag with two sandwiches, took my receipt from my hand and threw it in the trash and walked away. The person barely responded when I asked about my drinks and brownies. After some bickering they finally got me the two drinks and two cookies. This service was lousy and at that price I felt like it wasn't worth it.

I always get a sandwich at Earl before a flight, but it’s getting ridiculous, the tables are all taken by non-customers. That’s messed up.

Best cuban sandwich I had in years, including those I had in Miami.

The sandwiches were good. I was not very pleased with the NO REFILL 20 to 12 ounce fountain drink for $5

In the dialogue between my boyfriend and the girl behind the counter there was a conversation about sauces (he couldn’t understand which one to choose and what types of sauces they had, there was confusion, he didn’t understand her, she didn’t understand him)) and for some reason the guy wearing glasses (of an employee), this caused laughter and discussion behind our backs; as we were leaving, we accidentally heard this.
Plus, I want to note that the behavior of the 4-person workers was like behind a market stall, especially the ringleader there was one dark-skinned woman who was shorter, it seemed like she was a stand-up comedian there, and they all looked into her mouth, she probably wants to be the Alpha in this pack. There was also, as it seemed to me, an intimidated girl, most likely new, and perhaps with poor English, they spoke to her rudely, and generally made her understand that she was Nobody there. All these four were constantly laughing, but it was as if she didn’t even exist there. In general, strange staff to be honest, but the food was delicious.

The turkey sandwich is good! However, the lady cashier in black doesn't seem to like her job and seems rude.
Would like to commend the nice guy in glasses for maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and approachable even if he doesn't speak english fluently.

Ordered a caprese sandwich. On opening after security, saw that it had no basil or tomato. Just cheese and dressing on bread. Should at least let the customer know that you have run out of ingredients.
