If we're talking about great food, delicious sauces and a specialty in barbacoa, Borrego de Oro is the spot. This particular location is special for being larger than the original, hence the better seating arrangement. Service is always friendly, although sometimes if busy it can be a little unorganized but they'll tend to your table promptly. I come here often. The chilaquiles verdes are seriously my favorite chilaquiles, they are so delicious. The Tlacoyos are amazing! Even the salsa and chips they bring are really good. I've never had an issue here, ever.

The food is good, maybe the consommé needs a little more chickpeas. The waitress service is good, but the time I went they made a mistake in the dish and the waitress was a little upset about having to change the dish. And in my opinion it is in bad taste that they charge you in advance, there may be reasons for that, but I didn't like that part.
