This El Pollo Loco has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Other locations have great customer service but this one is terrible every time. Getting them to give me my mobile order is like pulling teeth. The last time I waited over five minutes to give me my order I could see on the counter completed in the bag. They refuse to make eye contact and ignore anything said to them. Everytime is like this. Hi to another location if you have a choice.
Friendliest drive thru ever!! I love them!!!! I will miss them when I move! They always give me my order correctly, make the food with love and are so so nice (: thank you guys!!
