I come very often to this pollo loco location because it has excellent customer service. On occasions the general manager Mariah, and everything has been excellent. I ask for my food well done, and juicy and they always do it that way. I haven’t tried a chicken this good in any other pollo loco location

The place smells like clogged plumbing, prices goes higher at the same time food portions goes smaller, from one day to another, Im taking pics to food and menu prices for comparisson

Excellent food and service! Prices are very reasonable, and the food was prepared perfectly. And the option of Online ordering was nice too. I recently visited this location for a bite to eat when spending the night nearby. Upon stepping into the restaurant, I could see that this franchise is run like a well-oiled machine. I recommend to everyone who wants a tasty made-from-scratch meal. Skip taco-bell, come here instead for some real food.
