Nice restaurant I love pollo loco I start going to this location because of the Cashier Karl super attentive friendly and thoughtful I'm sad that he left my mother was super happy to see Karl since he was the Manager in another location and he always took a good care of my parents and me bring back Karl he's alot better than the managers working at that location

I come very often to this pollo loco location because it has excellent customer service. On occasions the general manager Mariah, and everything has been excellent. I ask for my food well done, and juicy and they always do it that way. I haven’t tried a chicken this good in any other pollo loco location

The place smells like clogged plumbing, prices goes higher at the same time food portions goes smaller, from one day to another, Im taking pics to food and menu prices for comparisson
