The service is good. The lady handed my order fast and helpful. I ordered a Double Chicken Salad and it was plentiful. I don’t usually eat out in El Pollo Loco, only occasionally. But I am happy with the Salad and service.

This place is no longer what it used to be, everything is very expensive, they serve less portion of food, the place already looks very old and most of the time it is somewhat dirty,... the same and the chicken is still good.

12-4-23I always get a double chicken bowl. I get it with corn instead of beans. I get a senior discount. I haven't been there in a long time. I used to eat there often.When I got home I checked the nutrition information and found that the bowl has 13 G of saturated fat which is 65% of DV. And 2.3 G of sodium. It's not a healthy meal. I don't think I'll eat there again.
