The service is good. The lady handed my order fast and helpful. I ordered a Double Chicken Salad and it was plentiful. I don’t usually eat out in El Pollo Loco, only occasionally. But I am happy with the Salad and service.

This place is no longer what it used to be, everything is very expensive, they serve less portion of food, the place already looks very old and most of the time it is somewhat dirty,... the same and the chicken is still good.

The food is always good. However, the staff need to double check online take out orders. I added onto an existing online order and they forgot to include it when the order was picked up. When I called them they were rude and refused to acknowledge their mistake.
