I really enjoyed the food at El Pollo Loco. The service was great…very friendly, welcoming, and nice. I especially remember the young lady who helped me the first time I visited this Pollo Loco in Santa Monica. She made the experience even better.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was! I ordered a combo with two thighs, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. Everything was delicious. The salsa was amazing….very flavorful and pretty spicy!

It's those machines that they don't take the right order.
When I order half of chicken I only want legs and thies not breast or wings. Can't seem to get right

It’s a good and great place for finding a great chicken food and salads and etc I love this place the food is fantastic and hot love the atmosphere and customer service and prices are great ❤️they accept cash and cards too
