by far the WORST location. they just do not give af. i ordered on the self order and they threw half my order in a bag. forgot salsas, chips and salad dressing then looked at me like i had four heads when i asked for what i ordered. highly prefer west hollywood or santa monica. this location is terribly managed.

The only downside of Pollo loco is that they did away with their salsa bar. I really miss that and is why we no longer go there. Back in the day we'd go at least 3 or 4 times a month to eat in but I haven't been back since they quit the salsa bar. I don't like having to beg an employee who is clearly reluctant to prepare more of those little demonic cups that hold two bites worth of salsa. I stopped by recently because of a new job and it's the closest place to eat. This problem has nothing to do with this particular location, rather it's a problem with every place that has done away with salsa bars after the fake pandemic (aka the cold virus).

The chicken was good, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating!Parking: Parking isn't bad, however the ma8n area can fill up during "rush hours". However, there is a lot of underground parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is. There's even an elevator in case you park underground.

I was so happy to come back to my old neighborhood here it's been over 20 years and I saw El pollo loco which was not there when I lived there. I walked in to a clean establishment not like some of the El pollo loco's and all the employees were friendly Especially my Hero Henry he totally exsudes what Great customer should be. He was kind and patient. So just genuinely helpful. Keep up the good work guys. The crew on Sepulveda and National are the best.
