The only downside of Pollo loco is that they did away with their salsa bar. I really miss that and is why we no longer go there. Back in the day we'd go at least 3 or 4 times a month to eat in but I haven't been back since they quit the salsa bar. I don't like having to beg an employee who is clearly reluctant to prepare more of those little demonic cups that hold two bites worth of salsa. Customer service here is always great. The staff are super friendly and the food is yummy every time especially their double chicken tostada. I love coming to this location and I’d recommend others to try it out!
