I work in Downtown LA and come here for a hearty meal. Ordered 2 piece meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and beans. I asked for extra gravy and cashier was very nice and gave me extra gravy. All cashiers I have had all very kind. Thank you.

Very unpleasant experience, the taste of the food was very disgusting, the rice tasted like plastic, the whole place smelled like a bathroom and was very dirty in general, the service was terrible. It was disappointing.

Was my wife's first time eating El Pollo loco and it was an experience. She loved the chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy with corn. And the roasted chicken burrito is enough for 2 ppl to share. Service was great as well.
