Ordered first time from here ... paid extra for avacado slice .. Wht I got a stale piece of avacado.. chicken was not at all tender I think it was a left over from last night ! Was dry n had no juice in it .. it was hard to chew .. paid almost more then 20 bucks just to get stale n dry food ! They should improve there quality !

I went there at 9/9/2023 9:09 pm and one of the employee told me that it’s closed even though their entrance/ exit door was opened. Google maps told me this El pollo loco closes at 10 pm but in reality they closed at 9 pm. I even saw them cleaning the kitchen at the time when I entered inside the store. For the love of god please change your operational hours so that there wouldn’t be any complaints in the near future .
