I came to this location to try the carnitas. The service was excellent as always this time her name was Ariana who is always nice and patient. The ambiance was good since was early in the morning. Thank you so much for making my visit enjoyable.
I love El Pollo Loco. Unfortunately, I’ve had many bad experiences at this location. From burnt chicken, missing items from my order, and orders being wrong. I regularly go a bit further out of my way to the Vermont/Olympic location for better quality of food and service.The parking is shared by the entire plaza so can be hard to get.
