They took away the good things from Pollo Loco, from the sauce bar to the quality of the chicken. It is no longer the same every time I go there and the last two times I don't shut up well, the ends are smaller and the flavor changed from delicious to passable, I prefer yosinolla.

I came in with my volleyball team to this El Pollo Loco location three days ago and I had a great experience. Two cashiers in particular made our experience great! They were attentive, kind, welcoming, reliable, detail oriented, and fast. We were in and out in no time, even thought we had 13 players in total. Thank you Kimberli and Abigail for making this experience a success and providing great customer satisfaction. We need more outstanding workers like you! You are appreciated!

Just went in for a normal family order of ell pollo loco.Nothing fancy. Chicken meat did hold me over but felt stringy or didn't have any meat on the bones. More bone/sinew/fat than chicken.
Abby and Ashley offered incredible customer service!! They really made my night and fixed my minor problem with my order. They both were genuinely supportive and offered alternatives I was completely fine with. I hope they get recognized. Great
