El Pollo Loco is a chain, and like most chains, one location can be hit or miss. This location was a hit. The charcoal chicken had a lot of flavor, which is what really matters to me. The dining area was large and clean, the sauces were good, and everything tasted great.
My only disappointment was that they were completely out of Diet drinks because the soda machine was out and they didn’t have a backup. Other than that, this was a solid Pollo Loco experience. 👍🔥🍗
