Stopped in on a Saturday morning. Not too busy, we were able to walk in and order. I got an iced matcha with no sweetener. The flavor was delicious! The matcha tasted authentic and fresh. It had such great flavor, I really enjoyed it! My significant other ordered an iced coffee drink and he really liked it! We will definitely be back. The seating there seems more like a quick sit down and go. Although, I did see some people with computers. There were also some outdoor seating, but those were all full upon my stay there. I can definitely see this as a quick drink to-go place for me. The staff was kind & most especially the cashier.

Got Pandan matcha and friend got Banana matcha both were really good but I preferred the banana matcha. I thought they were a bit too sweet so next time I’ll just get plain matcha latte. Made matcha fresh. I wish there was more indoor seating.

Their “Georgia on my mind” is wonderful. Great place to get some work done or catch up with a friend in the morning.

eyes peeled is a great spot for coworking and catching up with a friend.
the atmosphere is bubbly and energetic due to the chatter and happy demeanor from the baristas.

they offer a creative drink menu as well as some quick bites with vegan friendly options.
although their matcha is tasty and enjoyable, they excel most on their espresso drinks.

worth a visit for a tasty, crushable bev!

Not very good hot chocolate and matcha

The coffee has an unpleasant aftertaste, and I find it to be overhyped on TikTok. I won’t be returning.

Had a espresso tonic (with OJ, which I love) and a sandwich, both were great! Plenty of space to sit, a few plug ins at the big table. Decent amount of parking mon through Saturday. Nice atmosphere. I enjoyed it! No complaints.

This has been on my to-go list for a while. Great jovial, prompt service. *Incredible* drinks.

My only regret is they don’t stay open later!

Coffee was actually better than I expected and the vibe was good too! It was a little crowded. Hard to sit! But that means it’s popular!

This might be my favorite new specialty drink in the city of LA. Georgia on my mind is awesome. I wanted it to be decaf, but they don’t have decaf coffee, so they made it as an iced decaf latte and added vanilla syrup and orange dust. Absolutely delicious.

ordered the pandan matcha latte and fancy avocado toast and both were amazing. matcha was well made and had great flavor the macadamia nuts on top added a nice crunch! the avocado toast was equally great with a soy marinated egg and pickled radish all the ingredients were great quality. on the pricier side at $9 for the drink and $15 for the toast but worth it once in a while as a nice treat!

Everyone who works here is incredibly sweet and very talented. We have amazing coffee and food whenever we come by. I have nothing but good things to say about the coffee!! Space itself is great but can sometimes be hard to find seating inside.
