Having a good experience there!

I ordered a grilled cheese and paid extra for ham tomato and onion. After paying $25 for the sandwich I waited for it, and when I received my food I only had ham and cheese on it. Usually it’s no biggie but since I paid extra I asked for the onions and tomatoes. The woman making it immediately was defensive with me stating “WELL IT DIDN’T COME ACROSS ON MY END!” So I pulled out my receipt to show her, and she then hands me a box with 3 tomatoes and raw onions. I ask her if it’s suppose to be grilled or added to the sandwich which and she said “NO ITS NOT COOKED WITH IT!”. So I go to get a fork to add it to my sandwich, which of course there are none. And I ask her for a fork and she still continues to be verbally aggressive and says “ THEY’RE ON THE OTHER SIDE!” Which was also out.

I really consider myself to be a patient easygoing person but this was just horrible. Attached is the after photo of half the sandwich I added the veggies too and the half I didn’t. She needs to do better.

Service was fine, cashier was nice but the self checkout was closed so had to wait 15 minutes & pay $10 for a "turkey" bacon egg sandwich that seemed microwaved from the night before. .a scam

Sit down, choose your own food, and check out by yourself. And baseball broadcasts. The music is also lighthearted and enjoyable.

There's a really nasty and unprofessional girl working here . She holds your hunger hostage if she doesn't like your attitude. Instead of just letting us pay for our food , she canceled the sale and said "no food for you, I don't like your attitude ", dumped our bag out on the counter upside down with all our salads and sandwiches inside it. If I had more time I would have called the airport security, but I will be following up on this once I return home. If the kiosks weren't broken , none of this would have ever happen.

Always understaffed. Clearly greed. Feel bad for the workers. 6:45am on a weekday and there is one person serving a line of 40+ …. Again

I recently visited the LAX Terminal 5 Farmers Market Grill and had a very disappointing experience with one of the employees. After skipping my order number, the employee accused me of stealing my food instead of simply apologizing for the oversight. To make matters worse, she started badmouthing me in Spanish with her manager, thinking I wouldn’t understand.

As a native Spanish speaking, when I professionally responded in Spanish, clearly stating that I had no need to steal a wrap, the manager chose to walk away and asked the food handler to make my order while sending the rude employee out for a break.

While the food was indeed good, the attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope they can address these issues for a better customer experience in the future.

It's sooo expensive, literally cheaper and more interesting to buy food on the plane.

There were numerous options in terms of getting something from the hotline or just picking up something from the cold line. I opted for the hotline. For the hotline, you must order through the kiosk. One of the kiosks did not work, but you do not know that until you get to the end of placing your order, and it never processes.

This could be a great establishment with some oversight and effort. I see the potential but not the effort. With the foot traffic in LAX, you all are missing out on some serious money.

This was actually really good, which is surprising for airport food. My husband got the Chicken Caesar Wrap, and while it took a long time, it was worth the wait. Chicken was well cooked and all the ingredients were fresh.

Whoever is managing this establishment is doing a poor job/below average/the employees argue with each other/the food is horrible and extremely expensive/Yes, everywhere @ LAX is expensive/but this place is the worst in everything. I do not recommend it at ALL!!!

This place was unfortunately not enjoyable. They had basic coffee that was super bitter and a SMALL breakfast sandwich for $10 that very cold but was supposed to be “fresh” waited in line for 20 minutes and got very bad coffee and food. Very expensive and subpar service. Out of most breakfast stuff by 8AM as well.
