Very nice large lounge. Clean, spacious and noise level to a minimum. They have showers, work stations and ample space to move around. People were friendly walking around asking if we needed anything. I would recommend this lounge
The Star Alliance Lounge is comfortable and reasonably attractive and clean, and the staff are friendly, but the food has not been good in years. I'm here in 9/2021 for the first time since the pandemic started. The buffet is sad. Kettle chips were stale. I don't even understand that. The heated food was some sort of pork slices in a very salty brown gravy (not bad, but the only real flavor was the salt), some sautéed squash, and some white rice. I am beyond impressed with this lounge. This is in terminal 4. A big shout out to Norma Diaz who is super professional and who poured me a champagne. She was sooo friendly and kind. I observed her walking around and asking guests if they needed anything. Over the top service and she really made my day. A really genuine and caring person who clearly loves her job.
