I am so happy to find such an exceptional Neapolitan-type pizza joint in Los Angeles—and only a couple of doors away from my office. I’ve been back 3 times now, and will be back again for sure! My Italian mama would have approved.
This hidden gem is truly an understatement and just opened three days ago. The ingredients are top tier with an amazing price point that’s accessible to everyone. You can TASTE the passion and dedication in every bite. I was completely blown away by the quality of each dish at this low key location. Shoutout to Liz Gutierrez and Chef Michael Fiorelli! It was an absolute pleasure to visit before the long lines start once more people discover this incredible spot.
The pizza is hybrid of neopolitan and NY styles - the best of both worlds. Imagine a neopolitan pizza slice that doesn't flop when you pick it up, even when loaded with multiple toppings. The slices pass the fold test!
