The Bop Reviews
What a great surprise... Everything tasted fresh and the flavors felt authentic, and the staff were super helpful.
Instead of the standard yuzu or ponzu you find at most poke spots, the salmon ikura bowl came with a unique house sauce that paired perfectly with the fish. The poke bowl’s mustard ponzu was another standout and added a ton of flavor without overpowering the ingredients.

Yes, it's LA prices, but the food was fresh and flavorful. We had the mango poke and the salmon avocado poke bowls. Service was very friendly. Food was decent portions and very yummy! Came with a side of miso soup. Def will go back!
Amazing food!! Great packaging and super nice owner. We ordered the salmon bowl, the bara chirashi, and the rainbow roll. Everything was very tasty.

The Bop is a take-out spot with a small shop and limited seating, but big flavor. Their bowls are a highlight, with delicious and well-presented options like the chirashi don, dragon don, and tuna tataki bowl. The rainbow don bowl is a standout, with fresh and flavorful ingredients. The Bop offers a fusion of Japanese and Korean cuisine, with dishes like miso, spam masubi, and edamame, as well as Korean rice bowls with cooked meats. While the fire chicken bowl is a hit, the miso soup can be lacking. The Bop is known for its very fresh fish, sushi, and poke bowls, with fast, friendly service and reasonable prices. Customers appreciate the great value, good portions, and delicious dining experience at this casual establishment.
