The atmosphere is French bakery at its best. The croissants are delicious. Sandwiches are scrumptious. Eggs Benedict is a treat. Wait staff pleasant friendly. Best place for brunch. Now if they had a piano player that’d top it off.
I love this place! Note they actually close at 3 pm. The patio is super nice for just sitting in the sun, the French food is great (I love the eggs benedict), & while we all miss Toast, it’s nice to have a great brunch spot right next to 3 great hair salons. I always book them there just so I can come here!
My husband and I just had a meal we enjoyed so so much. The eggs Benedict on a croissant were delicious. He had the tuna melt sandwich, he liked it a lot. We also had the salmon plate and liked it. Mary gave us outstanding service, which always makes a meal more enjoyable. Before leaving, we thanked the cook Jose and complimented him on the superb dishes he prepared for us. Thank you Mary and Jose.

Specific meals like a ham & cheese croissant and the baguette are amazing, with the baguette being so good it feels like being in France. However, some reviews note the service can be slow, the food may arrive cold, and the atmosphere is ugly like a shop. The prices are either great or too overpriced, and portions are OK in size. Overall, it is a true neighborhood spot and a gem for authentic French bakeries in LA.
