New ownership. New menu :-( This is so sad! Used to be my favorite place, it now is just bizarre! I stayed because the servers are amazing as always but whoever took over is trying to erase everything that was good in this place. She removed all the favorites from the menu, added plastic numbers on the tables, her picture is everywhere, I mean everywhere. And, there is not breakfast all day... Super sad.
The food was very basic, and everything we got, which were French toast, potatoes that were flavorless, and avocado toast that had a tiny poached egg and super crispy toast, were all cold. Besides that, the place was super cute and cozy. The service was great, but for the price and the food quality, I wouldn't come back.

SO GOOD. Service is pretty fast, prices are good, it's got lots of outdoor seating. The toast coffee is scrumptious and the french toast comes with amazing orange butter. Only thing is that the brunch menu is over at 1, which is a normal time, but as a late riser it hurts my heart a bit.
