Beti means "always" in Euskara, the Basque language. Beti (pronounced bet-ee) is your always-in-the-fridge cider. It tastes dry, bright, and fresh like a summer day on the river. Fermented spontaneously, then aged for 6 months exclusively in stainless steel. No added sulfites. This vintage has crushable notes of green banana peel and lemon. Beti's unique blend includes 30% Gravenstein, 15% Karmijn de Sonnaville, 15% Newtown Pippin, 20% Domaines, 10% Muscadet de Dieppe, and 10% Muscadet de Lense.

85% Bical, 15% Fernão Pires from Portugal. Averaging 20 years old, the vines are planted on 2.8 hectares of sandy soils called Amoreira da Gândara. The vineyards are farmed sustainably and the grapes are harvested in early September, de-stemmed and spends a short time on skins before spontaneous fermentation begins partially in stainless steel with temperature control, which lasts three weeks. Aged three months in stainless steel. Not fined or filtered.

A co-fermentation of grapes, apples, and peaches using native yeasts. 50ppm of sulfur was added at crush. Otherwise, there is nothing else added. Canned and carbonated it to two point five volumes co2 as a carbonated fruit wine for your joy.

Forage is our favorite neighborhood cafe, hands down. We’ve tried most of the menu and never been disappointed. The chef and staff care about the quality of ingredients and execution. That attention to detail shows in the atmosphere (both indoor and out are wonderful), music, and furniture. Lastly, the staff are really kind! Thank you, Forage!

Love that place!! It’s on second floor you have to go by stair. And they have outside seats which under a big tree. We choose indoor since too hot. Food is healthy and delicious ? try their sides! Parking is limited (4 spots?) in front of the stair. Have to find street parking.

Everything is good here, the vibes are perfect, it feels like a treehouse cafe. great place to meet for coffee or lunch, great spot for brunch.
Food is simple and really good quality and thats all it needs to be. Their baked goods are excellent.
