Beti means "always" in Euskara, the Basque language. Beti (pronounced bet-ee) is your always-in-the-fridge cider. It tastes dry, bright, and fresh like a summer day on the river. Fermented spontaneously, then aged for 6 months exclusively in stainless steel. No added sulfites. This vintage has crushable notes of green banana peel and lemon. Beti's unique blend includes 30% Gravenstein, 15% Karmijn de Sonnaville, 15% Newtown Pippin, 20% Domaines, 10% Muscadet de Dieppe, and 10% Muscadet de Lense.

85% Bical, 15% Fernão Pires from Portugal. Averaging 20 years old, the vines are planted on 2.8 hectares of sandy soils called Amoreira da Gândara. The vineyards are farmed sustainably and the grapes are harvested in early September, de-stemmed and spends a short time on skins before spontaneous fermentation begins partially in stainless steel with temperature control, which lasts three weeks. Aged three months in stainless steel. Not fined or filtered.

A co-fermentation of grapes, apples, and peaches using native yeasts. 50ppm of sulfur was added at crush. Otherwise, there is nothing else added. Canned and carbonated it to two point five volumes co2 as a carbonated fruit wine for your joy.

One of my favorite places to get a quick but fresh and delicious meal and a glass of wine. The patio is beautiful and perfect and everyone is really nice. Perfect for post-gym or work, date night, business lunch, just about any occasion. Good noise level too. Salmon bowl, three sides, or the pizza are in my regular rotation. I really enjoyed this place! It’s tucked away where I wouldn’t come upon it by accident, a friend had given the recommendation. I wasn’t sure about the miso latte, but the person taking my order gave me really good insight and was very knowledgeable, and I ended up loving it as well as the food!

What a find! A Los Angeles treasure- hideaway with wood floors and gorgeous patio. The service and food is out of this world! The chopped salad and agua Fresca is my go to! All the pastries are delicious. This is FARM TO TABLE. Lovely and perfect. Thank you!
