Updated menu - really good!
We got the Chipotle Turkey Sandwich, and Chicken Pesto Sandwich. Both were flavorful with quality ingredients. Fries were perfectly cooked and well seasoned.

Service too slow. A 30minute wait for some avocado on toast and there were no orders ahead of us.

They should invest in a convection oven. Microwave they use to warm the food they sell is proven bad for humans health.
And I don't think it's reasonable to pay $10 for a slice of quiche and have it warmed up in the microwave. Today I specifically asked to ask the cook who was baking something in the oven to add my slice for a minute to warm up but he refused. Also a lot of waste with unrequeated boxes for food. And also the golfer keep SMOKING there, after all LA's been through this year with the fires ?! Seriously.

Me and my friend had such an amazing and delicious lunch at Franklin's Cafe last Sunday, 11/02/25. Extremely welcoming staff, Lady R, Andy and Liv had big smiles the whole time and were very kind people, especially Lady R. I had my Husky Spirit with me and the staff was pet welcoming and made sure my Spirit had lots of love and attention and nice cool water. Lady R loved Spirit and he did too. She even offered to walk Spirit while we eat our delicious lunch, wow, it doesn't get any better. :)
I would recommend the smashed burger with fries, yummy, couldn't do it better if I made it myself. I will return with Spirit to explore more of the menu options and just to be there with the friendly and accommodating staff. btw: great pricing and a very clean bathroom.
You will be very happy to be there in the great atmosphere and wonderful food and above all the very kind staff. :)
Do not hesitate!

We went there for lunch and the food was really subpar. Frozen burgers and fries in to go boxes. The selection very limited and no service what so ever. Also the whole time we were there, a guy from the restaurant was sweeping around us and bringing dust to our food with no consideration.

Coffee was lava temp, sandwich was gross, good location - bad execution

Great location to get dropped by the Greek theater.

It was open from 7am.
I had breakfast during waiting in line for the concert at the greek theater.
I ordered salmon quiche and coffee. The taste was just okay, but I could be chilled before the concert.

Not worth the price coffee taste like cardboard . It feel uncomfortable there. Not sure it’s because we were talking in Spanish they were getting us weird looks

I’m from Florida but when I’m in LA I go there often. I’ve had breakfast at lunch and both have been delicious I’ve never gotten any food I didn’t love and they also have homemade baked items that are the best! It’s on the golf course and it’s a very peaceful environment outside Lovely view The service has always been excellent. Also, their coffee and teas are very good! And I always enjoy the specials they may be running on different drinks! I highly recommend this café for delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, beautiful view, and good service
