I have hair in my pizza. The pizza is not worth a drive, walk, or delivery. But then again I’ve been spoiled living in places like Chicago, Detroit, NYC where pizza is a big deal. I hate the stiff, dry crust and salty sauce.
My wings were watery. Why?! Skin on the wings was soggy and bumpy — more likely were frozen before thrown in an oven or microwave. And this chicken meat unseasoned, no moisture.
2nd time ordering here … will NEVER again.

The pizza here is really good. I loved the cheese and toppings. Crust was crispy and yummy. But the service was not great. We waited a long time to order. The staff seemed annoyed when we asked questions. Our food took forever to come. They forgot our drinks. Good thing was that the pizza was tasty, but the bad service might make me think twice about coming back.

Came in with the family tonight. We ordered pizza, wings and onion rings. The food was so good, which we ordered a Nutella calzone as our dessert to go. We will be coming back.

I used to come here all the time before and after the pandemic.I decided to give them a try today and the change was horrible.I pre ordered on the phone my order was 2 slice of pizza a medium pizza and fries.He said 30 mins.I came in and notice that a bomb dropped in the kitchen.Tools where everywhere and the one worker there seems very stressed.The food very terrible the fries burn and I called back and he just told me “I changed the oil “.I tried to ask him for a new order and he said next time you order make sure you say not cprisy.Needless to say I won’t be ordering again

Ordered two pizzas, an XL pepperoni and a L Hawaiian. We received an XL pepperoni and a L with only pineapple. We called to try to get them replaced but they said they couldn’t because they outsource their delivery and their ordering system (Slice). I had to reach out to Slice who had to call Fratellis to confirm, but when they did they said we were lying. After we insisted and told them to come get the pizzas, they said they would refund but only refunded $2.50 for the missing pepperoni and $3 for the missing ham, so we had to pay $50 for two pizzas we didn’t want. Don’t order here.
