As an American human being, I’ve had an insurmountable amount of burgers in my time. I had the pleasure, nay the privilege, of trying their bacon smash burger today. It was incredible. The potato bun was fresh and bouncy and not soggy and crisp. The meat was delicious and fatty and perfectly seasoned. The bacon was pristine. This unassuming food truck had the best fries I’ve probably ever had. They were one of the options at the USC alumni reunion and I have to admit I made multiple visits to their counter. The truffle cheese fries are crisp, the sauce is so flavorful… highly recommend trying!
