The shakes weren’t good at all. Very artificial taste, we felt as if we were drinking some chemicals with an artificial taste of food. The price was very high as for shakes, not worth it at all. The decor inside was very ordinary, not cosy. We don’t recommend this place.

Loved the sundae. Kids loved it too, flavorful and rich.
The vibe was also very nice. We picked up a few chocolates also. The location tops it off you can be chilling in Hollywood and enjoy a treat when you want!

The eating place is quiet and neat on weekdays.
The ice cream flavors are pretty limited. If you want ice cream then other places would have variety. The sundae and milk shakes are ok, bit pricy. But that’s expected due to the location.

Ghirardelli in LA is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. The sundaes are rich, indulgent, and beautifully made, perfect for sharing (or not!). The smell of chocolate hits you as soon as you walk in, and the free chocolate sample is always a nice touch. It can get busy, but the line moves quickly. Great stop for a treat while exploring Hollywood!
First visit to that place .. as I know it's good name in chocolate!! I ordered hot chocolate

Beautiful store and very delicious chocolate, the salted caramel one is to die for. I loved the ice cream too.
Prices are higher than going to a store to get the same chocolate.
