Genuinely do not understand how the male bartender is so irritated by the most basic interaction. My husband and I order 2 lagers. He tells us there are 2 lagers he has but we don’t hear him because the WORLD CUP IS ON. He gets visibly angry that he has to repeat himself. Everyone is allowed to have bad days but his attitude is genuinely terrible.

They have a great beer selection and amazing wings and fries. Price not bad at all. Got my order to go and the wait wasn’t long and staff was really friendly.

Cool taproom with great selection from their main brewery. Stopped by to catch a world cup game. Service could have been better especially how they are sneaky with upcharging, sliding you the larger drink size without asking which size (16 or 20oz). Our first round no one asked and the bartender just poured the standard 16 oz. Everything seemed right and price seem fair especially since they aren't posted. Second round, the bartender just automatically charged and went to pour. The total sounded off and we thought it was the beer style (since since place charge more for higher abc) so we just paid. We were then served the larger cups and I tired to inquire but the bartender was dodging the question. She just kept saying it was the 20oz when we didn't ask for that. We had already paid and she tired to play it off and just tried to move us along. Definitely a terrible and tricky business practice so be careful if you come especially when you ask and they try to avoid the situation.
Grabbing a michelada here is mandatory when you visit grand central market. I think this is the only place with a TV in the market so we will be back to hang out and watch a Dodgers game. Staff is nice. Service is fast. Beer is great.

Came here prior to the Mexico match and wanted a beer so I had to try their new El Tri and it was awesome! So I stayed for the first half and had a cheeseburger and tots! Stephanie was great explaining the drinks and making food recommendations! Griselda in the kitchen made all our food fresh and delicious! Came back the next day and Hector also was awesome getting us beers and wings! Will come back here every time I visit!

We checked out Golden Road Brewing inside Grand Central Market for the first time, and it’s a great spot to chill, relax, and people-watch. The market gets super chaotic, but we got lucky and grabbed a table right by the GRB counter, which made the whole vibe way more relaxing. They have a really solid pub food menu with burgers, wings, fries, tots, and tacos. We didn't eat their food this time because we filled up on some incredible Thai food there. Because we were already completely stuffed, the craft beer felt a bit too heavy, and I couldn't even finish my cup. The draft itself was okay and refreshing, but it was a mistake on my part to drink craft beer on a full stomach. Next time, I’m definitely ordering the beer before the food, or trying out their lighter options like the Mango Cart or a Michelada. Definitely worth stopping by if you can grab a seat.

One star is generous. What started as a great memory at Grand Central Market ended on a very disappointing note at Golden Road.
The employee taking beer orders had a consistently dismissive and irritated attitude. Every time I asked a question, I felt brushed off. At one point, while pouring the beer I ordered, he suddenly stopped mid-pour and just said they were running out — then walked away without any explanation. I honestly had no idea what I was supposed to do with that information.
The chicken wings were even worse. The lemon pepper flavor was overwhelmingly sour and salty to the point that I started coughing after the first bite. It genuinely felt inedible. The meat was difficult to even separate from the bones, and we ended up leaving almost all of it untouched.
I sincerely hope management sees this review. I won’t be returning, but more importantly, if these issues are not addressed, other customers probably won’t return either.
Great local produce 😃

Great array of food options in a lively atmosphere
Love it!
Golden Road claims to have the best Michelada in LA, and they might actually be right. Draft selection is also top-notch -- I had the sour and the Street Cart and enjoyed both immensely. If I had a do-over, I'd start with the Street Cart and follow it with the more intense sour, but even in reverse they were both delicious.
