This spot will always bring back childhood memories. I remember coming here since the mid 90's with my parents. The food has always been good and decent prices. They do have pupusas on special Mondays and Fridays at $.99+tax. Parking is a bit difficult to find as there is only street parking with meters. If you get lucky you can park by the Food 4 Less if the guard doesn't catch you. The area is also sketchy due to it being a few blocks away from MacArthur Park. The only downside...read full review

Okay, I’ll admit my review might be a little biased — I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl, so there’s definitely some nostalgia involved. But let’s talk pupusas. They’re big, stuffed like they mean it, and even though the price has gone up (thanks, inflation), it’s still a way better deal than those places charging five bucks for sad, skinny pupusas. These ones don’t play around when it comes to the fillings!
