I love this Gongcha location! I'm visiting from Vancouver, Canada, and let me tell you, this is the BEST GONGCHA store EVER. I wasnât planning to get Gongcha, but I heard them playing some bangers from outside (which I absolutely loved) as I was walking past, so I decided to go in! The worker was very nice and let me use an outlet to charge my phone in the seating area. I was there for a long time, and they checked in from time to time to see if I was okay, which I really appreciated! The service was a perfect âžď¸ /10, atmosphere 11/10, and everything was phenomenal. The drink I got was peach green tea with coconut jelly, and it tasted divine! It felt like it was crafted by god ?? one of the best drinks Iâve ever had in my 21 years of living. ?? oh p.s. the guy working there was cute too ?
Came here for the FF14 Crossover event. The feeling I got from that place was decent but felt like the floors weren't mopped often.
Ordering was quick and efficient. Small nitpick was that I was too tall to see the screen menus so it was awkward ducking a bit to see what I wanted . Maybe others will feel the same. I'm 6'4".
The drinks were great quality. There wasn't a drink I ordered ( I ordered 6) that was not of great quality.

Eh. Thatâs what I thought when I took a sip. I was craving a sweet and satisfying boba drink, so I ordered the brown sugar earl grey. Sorry guys, but this thing isnât it. Ive had earl grey and brown sugar separately before, so I thought that this would be a great combo! But no. Itâs so tasteless, so plain. Itâs strong in a weird way at first, since all the flavor is on the bottom, and my boyfriend even said it tasted like soap. After you shake it up, the flavor just disappears into the drink, and youâre left with a unsweet, strange tasting flavor. For $7, I expected something better, something that at least tasted like brown sugar. Also, this was so hard to drink! With a paper straw, thatâs fine, but when the boba sticks together in a giant clump at the bottom, the paper straw just bends and folds when you try and drink it. I had to throw away half of my boba pearls because I couldnât get them unstuck from each other, and my boyfriend had the same issue. Another issue! I ordered from the kiosk thing, rather than the counter, and under âmilkâ I found only a handful of flavors. After I ordered and looked at the physical menu, there was so many other drinks I would have rather had if only I knew where to find them, dang it! Overall, Im never coming back.

TLDR: drink gave me diarrhea.
