Ordered boxed lunches for a corporate event. Very easy to order, but impossible to make changes. If you order 25 lunches to start and need to drop it to 20 a week out, it is not allowed, so we definitely overpaid for our order. Considering the "bargain" box was $24 after fees & gratuity, that was pretty steep.EASE OF ORDERINGWhen I called with questions, I always got a living, breathing person very quickly, but if he called me "sweetie" one one time, I was gonna climb through the phone & throttle him. Just rude, dude - I'm a customer, not your sister. And I felt incredibly rushed on the phone both times I called, once as a potential customer & once with an order in place.DELIVERYThe delivery was perfect, exactly when ordered. I got the impression that most people don't tip because when I told the driver I'd put a gratuity on the order when I paid, I thought he would cry & hug me. But he found us, on time & everything was delivered in good shape (no crushed boxes, etc.)WILL WE ORDER AGAIN? NO.What will keep us from ordering again was all of the above problems, but mostly that the food just wasn't very good. FOODWhen I cleaned up after the event, more than A THIRD of the boxes were filled with deconstructed sandwiches. Our guests just didn't like the food.The bread was very bland & incredibly thick & the sandwich was not cut in half, so our honored guests looked like they were shoveling weapons. There were lots of leftover cookies & chips. I thought the cookies were pretty good, but they were packed in waxed paper envelopes that absorbed an enormous amount of grease, so it did not look very appetizing when you opened the box.The mozzarella had no taste at all, the lettuce was limp and the turkey was clearly a very cheap brand. There was not a lot of filling to the sandwiches, so it was mostly bland bread.Each box came with an 8 oz bottle of water. When I saw that the bargain boxes came with a bottle of water, I assumed it would be 12 or 16 oz. 8 oz is pretty cheap & totally inadequate, esp. for the price. It was embarrassing to us to serve it and our guests were looking for something else to drink. ACCOUTREMENTSEach box had 2 very thin napkins, which were inadequate because the guests had picked apart their lunched & touched chips & greasy cookies. Most caterers add extra napkins, just in case, but Good Heart did not.Would not recommend.

Hired Good Heart Catering for a breakfast for 100. First I ordered it to be delivered by 7:30 am as breakfast started at 8:00 am. Apparently after we spoke Jon sent me a follow up stating delivery would be 8:30 am I never saw it I was too busy I thought since he confirmed 7:30 am delivery we were done! Why he changed it I have no idea! When finally got delivered the eggs were cold, the coffee was barely warm and only 2 slices of bacon/sausage for each person but enough eggs for hundreds!! Very disappointed!

My first time using Good Heart Catering for small tv production catering and honestly I am so impressed! They are quick to respond to quotes/requests and have lots of great options to choose from! I was lucky to not be dealing with an extremely picky bunch this time around, but I'm sure Good Heart would be able to accommodate upon request. We got boxed lunches this go around, and delivery went very smoothly and packaging was excellent! I can't wait to recommend this to other production folks and order it again for more shows! Pro Tip: I donated extra boxed meals to an LA Community Fridge
