The mocha is problematically good
Greaaaat coffee and drinks, beautiful atmosphere and good for working
Had a cortado at Alchemist Coffee Project and it was excellent. The texture was probably my favorite part of the drink. Smooth, silky, and really well integrated. The flavor was solid as well, with good balance and enough clarity to pick up what the coffee was trying to express. Temperature was right where it should be, which made it enjoyable from the first sip.
