We’re tourists in LA and this is by far the best meal we have had. The staff were polite and the atmosphere is very different and unique.

Love the GTLA Burrito. Vibes are a plus and the wait is usually pretty short.

Came for some coffee and a quick bite and they were not open. Even though the hours said open.

Guerrilla Cafecito is a great breakfast burrito joint & coffee house from the team behind Guerrilla Taco. The GTLA (steak & papas) breakfast burrito is the best in the city. Tortillas from Mejorado, so you already know. My only complaint… a little stingy on the salsa. But it’s 2024, so bidenomics and whatnot. I get it. But don’t let that stop you. The burritos here are out of this world.

Hi! I am going to leave give this review with as much thought as possible ––
I am a neighbor of the Arts District. I choose to spend my money locally because it's a priority of mine to support the food industry in the area. Especially now.

That being said, I love Guerrilla tacos. The "Cafecito" though, is a dissapointment. I do not recommend it unless you're there for a grab-and-go burrito.
These were my observations:

The barista/cashier ignores about 95% of your questions and 100% of any variation of of conversation that that doesn't have to do with the order. You might as well have a tablet to take your order. You won't be greeted, and will not feel welcomed.

In regards to the coffee itself, it was not good. It is a shame that the beans are being roasted locally but the brewing! Oh boy... deja mucho que desear.

The ambiance is good, there's a lot of seating: communal tables, benches, and a lot of cushions. Music is tasteful. A lush indoor space, indeed. But it is empty. Why?

As I observed, people are there to grab burritos and go. I had the egg and cheese burrito myself, and I understood. But, If you're looking for a place to have a solo coffee, maybe study and work and keep *spending* as long as you have service and good coffee!

Not here though, they don't allow you to use their WIFI connection. And they're not nice about it either. So, I get it. You don't want people loitering for hours when they have only spent $5 on a cup of joe. Although, most us who work out of coffee shops know the etiquette and like will gracefully spend in your establishment.

Anyway, you have so much seating. Those communal tables are so wonderful. You are never going to fill them up with bad coffee, bad service and no weeefeeee. What is the point of this space then, besides plants and burritos to go? I'd like to be enlightened. Please.

This place is a disappointment. The first red flag was they don’t have any vegetarian or vegan items on the menu. So if you don’t eat meat you will have to modify. Strange for LA but no problem. Well I ordered their breakie burrito with no meat and no eggs and they also didn’t put any avocado which is literally 1/3 of the ingredients. I didn’t know this until I got home so it was a very sad morning and certainly not worth $20 including my coffee. I gave 2 stars because the plants were nice and the vibes seemed comfortable.

Found this gem on a road trip. Great coffee, great ambience and fantastic staff. Tried the vanilla latte and a cappuccino. Both were delicious. I’d go back!

First time and it was awesome! Service was great. Pastries looked delicious. Latte was perfect! Had two breakfast burritos that we customized and were sooooo good! Flavorful and hearty. The hash browns were perfectly crispy!!! The vibe was super awesome too!
