I knew this ramen would be good because the place was so packed that we literally had to sit at the streetside table😫 The noise and exhaust fumes were rough, but we hadn't eaten all day and we were in the mood for some authentic ramen. My kids and husband ordered ramen, the karage bowl, and roasted duck. They all cleaned their plates. Had the Tonkotsu and it was about how I wanted it to taste but just slightly too salty nearing the middle-end of the broth. Thankfully by asking for a bit of vinegar it alleviated the saltiness a bit and overall it was pretty good.

Hachioji is always good, it’s great before dodger games, and during lunch. The food isn’t too heavy and they have great options. I love the fried rice, and the spicy garlic edamame!
