Extremely good mochi compared to the best I had in Japan. Recommend the strawberry one for sure!
They have pre-packaged sets of mochis but you can also pick and choose individual mochis for 6,8, & 12 piece boxes. Very kind staff that'll answer any questions about the flavors/filling. The mochi itself was also very soft and chewy, and not overly sugary/sweet tasting which was nice.

The mango mochi is so good, almost like biting into the fruit itself, and the blueberry is a surprising favorite even for those who don’t usually enjoy fruity mochi. Everything tastes fresh and delicious, with options like fruit jelly mochi and prepackaged sets. Be prepared for a tight business space and limited parking options, but it's worth the trip. Staff are nice and helpful, though there’s a 15$ credit card minimum (no Amex). With its high-quality, melt-in-your-mouth mochi, Fugetsu-Do Bakery Shop is a gem that's sure to please.
