Ok so I’m not vegan or vegetarian, but I gave this place a try and it is absolutely delicious! I got the deluxe chicken sandwich with tater tots. The sandwich was flavorful, crispy, and the bread was soft and buttery. The tater tots were really good as well!

As a vegan food enthusiast, I was excited to try out Hart House, a vegan fast food restaurant that had garnered some positive buzz. However, my visit left much to be desired.Firstly, the ambiance was lacking. The seating area felt cramped and uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere was uninspiring. It didn't feel like a welcoming place to enjoy a meal.Moving on to the food, I found the options to be limited and unimpressive. The menu seemed promising at first glance, but the actual dishes fell short of expectations. The flavors were bland and lacked creativity. It felt like the kitchen was playing it safe rather than pushing the boundaries of vegan cuisine.Additionally, the prices were unjustifiably high considering the quality of the food. I don't mind paying a premium for delicious vegan fare, but the lackluster offerings at Hart House simply didn't warrant the cost.Service-wise, it was a mixed bag. While some staff members were friendly and attentive, others seemed indifferent and disinterested in providing a positive customer experience.Overall, my visit to Hart House was underwhelming. From the lackluster ambiance to the uninspired menu and mediocre food quality, it failed to live up to the hype. I won't be returning anytime soon and would caution others against expecting a memorable dining experience here.

Aftee repeating my order at least 4 times, got to the window and the order was wrong. I had to wait for them to fix it. I had the regualr cheeseburger with fries and lemonade. The burger was great. The fries were cold and hard and the lemonade was very watery. Had I not been on my way somewhere I would have turned around.

Clearly walked in before another but was ignored and helped entirely after.

Great service parking, and speedy service. I got the double burger that was MEH, it had little flavor no pickles, no secret sauce, and the thinnest vegan burger patty I ever had. It was like taking beyond beef patty and rolling it to the thickness of a flour tortilla, and tearing it into pieces. I gave them an extra star for not asking for a tip.

Food service was great. Healthy eating and the staff was very professional. Very happy with this place. I would recommend to my family and friends.

I wanted to like this place - vegan, offering salads, interesting fountain drinks, life-size cardboard cutout of the little guy, and ample parking. But truth be told, their food is garbage. Their menu lists many items, but it's really just two: the burger (in 3 varieties, none of which taste as good as an Impossible or Beyond Burger), and the fried chicken (in 3 varieties, and despite what's advertised, none are crispy, spicy, or even warm). If you order tater tots, you'll just as likely get fries, which are bad, not as bad as In-N-Out, but of the same caliber. Their sauces look like something but all taste pretty similar - blandly sweet - unlike the sauce on the kale crunch salad, which is bland *and* sweet. Food is so oily it'll leave a huge glob in the paper and on your tongue, so be sure to hydrate. But if you do so from their fountain, be advised that their tea tastes like water with food coloring, and their lemongrass soda tastes like chemicals.

This is a nice alternative to Monty’s good burger. There was ample parking and quick service. Try the lemongrass soda !

Pretty tasty! I really like to get the hot chicken sandwich and the small tots.. There's a bunch of tots in the small. I recommend trying out this place.

Tried the deluxe hot n crispy chick'n sandwich today on a bogo. Ordered online through Uber, no delivery, picked it up myself. I usually have my canine with me so I just go through drive through for pick up- quick and easy. The parking lot is always clean. Today (Sunday) the lot was the fullest I've seen. Definitely a popular spot! I keep saying next time I'll try the cookies and cream shake, hopefully next visit I will.
