I think they were over booked. It took 15 minutes after our reservation to be seated and then another 20 minutes before our order was taken. Then they ran out of the entree dish that I ordered. So a bit underwhelming.
Good food and quiet ambiance wish they had a bit more selection on their menu and more “lively” ambiance it was very empty and it was a Friday night but that isn't necessarily a bad thing if you're looking for a quiet place

Japanese eclipse these days near Century City, west of LA.
There are a lot of things like Nobu and herringbone these days.
(Including Korean Akira Baek’s restaurant)
It seems like there aren't many places that are doing well.
Overall, the taste and service are pretty good, and there isn't much on the menu that's easy to get your hands on.
