I have to say: this place is simply amazing. The chicken tinga bowl is some of the best food I've had in Los Angeles. And their matchas.. perfection. They validate parking for the entire day, so if you're around or working in the building - it's cheaper than paying the parking fee and it's so tasty. Don't miss it.
Great little shop. Solid coffee and food. Can be a bit hard to find if you’re not familiar where it is - inside the office building and around the corner behind the elevator banks
Great place to do some work. There's a lot of indoor and outdoor space with really nice atmosphere. My oat milk latte was good. The BLAT (bacon lettuce avocado tomato) sandwich for lunch was also good. Service was friendly and quick! Some other notes: bathroom was clean. Charging outlets only outside, none inside. Heavily visited by business people and office workers so I kinda felt out of place wearing casual clothing lol
