First off, the time to go here is Saturday and Sunday just as they open. For example, you can get there in 25 minutes from Santa Monica or MdR, double or triple that any other time. Even though they are supposed to open at 8:30, I've arrived five minutes early to be greeted by a crowd, they're popular with the locals.I go there for Dungeness crab from the live tanks. I love the Dungeness crab there, it's priced reasonably, but make sure you count your change, the lady behind the register is very sneaky, she tried shorting me $10.00 twice. So count your change
