I have been coming in for years to these restaurant and it has always a good and fast service. Unfortunatelly today was not that day as the lady that served me was a bit rude. I told her that she put more brocoli on my plate than meat and she said that only 4 pieces of meats supposed to be on the plate. Then at time of payment I was paying with my card and asked for my ID and I saw that they were not asking no one else for ID when they were paying with there card.
Best Price in town ! Quality is good ! Crispy wings, fried rice , orange chicken, beef broccoli and the egg rolls ! Been coming back here since 2015
I enjoy ordering take out at Hong Kong Express on Olympic Blvd in Los Angeles every so often. I order white rice and orange chicken bowl here. It's never been a problem. I wouldn't know whether workers are rude or yelling because I'm ignorant to the language and it's tone etiquette spoken by employees. That being I wouldn't avoid this place based on the amount of bad reviews for rude customers service. There are no shortage of customers for this restaurant. Regarding quality...read full review
