I absolutely LOVE Hoya Chicken Mama. The chicken is the perfect texture, the rice is fragrantly seasoned with soup stock, and the cucumber salad is tangy and delicious. The black sauce is not the most authentic, but it's still so good. Seriously, if you're looking for a place around USC for good Hainanese chicken rice, order from this place. Their chicken is extremely tender and so danggg juicyyy. Rice was cooked just right with lots of flavor and lightly salted to perfection. Definitely get the world famous Hainan chicken rice and the biggg chicken soup! <3
