It was clean and not crowded. The service was very efficient and friendly. My omelet and pancakes were perfect. I will definitely visit that location again. I didn't have to park my car because I was walking to the 7th Street metro station from the Los Angeles Convention Center. This IHOP was conveniently on my way.

We visited IHOP for breakfast on the very first morning of our trip to Los Angeles, and it turned out to be the perfect way to start the holiday. From the outside, the building does look a little dated and run down but don’t let that fool you, the moment you step inside, everything changes. The atmosphere is warm, buzzing, and exactly what you want from a classic American breakfast spot.
The service was superb throughout. Our server was incredibly attentive, checking in on us regularly and even offering drink refills before I’d finished my first one which is something you almost never see back home in the UK. It set the tone immediately: friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming.
The pancakes themselves were absolutely fantastic. I went for the Mexican Tres Leches, while my friend chose the Cinnamon stack, and both were outstanding. Huge portions, fluffy texture, indulgent toppings and everything you’d hope for from a big American-style breakfast. They were so filling that finishing them was a challenge in itself! My only recommendation to IHOP would be to allow smaller stack sizes; the minimum of four pancakes is enormous for the average Englishman. Even two or three would have been plenty.
While IHOP is on the pricier side for a breakfast/brunch venue, the quality, portion sizes, and level of service make it worth every penny. Overall, a brilliant start to our trip and somewhere I would happily return to.

Yikes! The breakfast burrito is not it. Taste artificial somehow 🙃 the tortilla is very thick and weird. The ingredients are flavorless and lack seasoning. Giving me nostalgia as if I were to be eating middle school cafeteria lunch.

I usually enjoy IHOP, but this visit was disappointing. When we walked in, we had to wait around 10 minutes before anyone even greeted us or seated us. Once we finally sat down, it took forever for a server to come take our order. I noticed at least four other tables around us left without ordering because no one ever came to help them. It feels like this location is either very understaffed or poorly managed. Definitely not the level of service you expect from IHOP

Pretty unexceptionable experience. I wasn't expecting much and food was fine. It wasn't until we checked out that solidified me writing this review.
The server Youssef handed use the machine to pay and said to just sign. Thinking we didn't notice that he already pressed the 20% tip button. Very predatory and very undeserving. He gave us our food and water and never saw him again. Of course until we had to pay.
As a former server I am sympathetic to fellow servers and almost always tip the max but when the choice is made for you it leaves a bad taste and is just one of the reasons people are going against tipping and loosing repeat customers.

Worst place I've ever been in my life and that's and under statement at 2:53 am on Wed July 23 the waiter bust in the women rest room to let me know it no a public restroom I'm sorry sir but where were you when I entered the facility I was washing my hands I would have my table already but you we're nowhere to be found. That's not my problem but I was and will never be a customer again here this is the second encounter first his bad attitude taking my order and messing it up how when you never have any customers on you shift but I guess that's why the place is completely dead on his clock inns I hope he has an awakening i hope he can find his common sense moral and his mind and find peace ✌️ cause you wont have a job when you run ever customer out be aware lady's and families

One waitress for a Sunday small group--she only had three family groups but did try to not snap at me a few times. I still have her a tip though since she did seem a bit overwhelmed.
