Was not expecting much for it being a hotel restaurant but man was I wrong. Best breakfast burrito I ever had. I got the ultimate breakfast burrito and wow it was so good and tasty. The red sauce that comes with it was also delicious. So glad I ate breakfast

It's a nice little lounge in the hotel lobby. While it isn't like a traditional restaurant, the food is excellent. Expect to sit in a chair or a couch that makes it hard to eat the food, unless you're in the longer table in the middle.

As a chicken keeper and an egg cookbook author, I'm pretty picky about eggs I eat when I'm traveling, but I decided to give the breakfast burrito a try at Gaslighter and I'm so glad I did. It was delicious and a nice portion size. Stuffed with some spicy sausage that gave it just the right amount of sass.
