The service isnt always up to par. You're lucky when you get a server that's been there for years. Ive had good experiences and really bad ones. Like, food taken away while I take my kids to the restroom, or having no refills offered on drinks, waiters forgetting items we've order... there's a long list. But when the service is good, its superb.

Whenever we are even close to Downtown LA and staying in a hotel for a night or more, we have IHop delivered. It is just the best.
We have eaten at this one more than once and it is clean, the service just great and the whole place is very comfortable. The servers are always nice.

What can I say? It’s across the street from a busy high school, it’s on Sunset Blvd. and there are quite a few encampments that you’ll need to step over to get to the front door. BUT…. The craving needed to be satisfied.
