Terrible service. Incompetent people. Ordered twice within 24 hours. Obviously I love the dirty sauce.

Ordered three sides of each time. Didn't receive them both time.

Sandwich is ruined without it.

Why is everything in Hollywood such crap.

How TF can it happen twice that they don't see extra sauce. Hire smarter people.

EVERY IN THERE IS VERY COOL , VERY NICE , & VERY INVITING… the only problem is I asked for the last 3 times for extra dirty sauce and idk why , but they just won’t do it lol. It’s like actual comedy at this point. I can’t even get mad anymore… like what ? lol I come all the time, but lowkey I have to take a break now, because it’s too funny (not really) but like damn, please please please next time can I just get a little extra dirty sauce. & if you think you gave me extra give me more bro please, cuz the sandwiches and this place is too good to keep messing up like this. I just want extra dirty sauce , for the infinity-th time lol. Ite holla!

We're never returning! Went in to pick up order - while patirently awaiting the employee to finish whatever they were doing - they never addressed me, even allowed another patron to come in and served them right before me - looked me in the face and didn't say anything. I had my order confirmation ready to show - but there was never any engagement, so I politely grabbed my food, with conifrmation information in hand, and left, telling the employee thank you. Forgot my jacket and went back to retrieve it - it was gone and both employees were, dishonesty, deceitful and lied to me that it wasn't there and they didn't have it. I had only been gone for a matter of seconds. The two employees on duty at Ike's on Vine St. tried to take my jacket, meant for my child. I inadvertently left it on the counter and had to involve the police to retrieve it. Caution is advised; there are rude and unprofessional individuals working there, particularly during this evening shift. If management doubts my account, observe how I was treated upon arriving around 8:23pm to collect a prepaid order. Such treatment is entirely unacceptable, and I find it disrespectful. Once the police became involved the employees went to the back to get the jacket. Beware other patrons ! Check the cameras mgmt! Terrible representation.I take accountability of correcting my personal property management better, yes; that never entitles anyone to take something that isn't theirs, never excuses anyone for not having any integrity.Especially in the customer service / food business. In life, as a decent human being, and decent neighbor. Some customer service training would help and be recommended for them.Hope they have a better day and much success in their journeys. No hard feelings - correctable and teachable moments/actions - opportunities. For all involved.Food looked alright, lost appetite ...Didn't even want it anymore, will donate it to someone.

This was my first visit at this location and I was so impressed! The staff was super friendly and I'm actually trying a new sandwich and getting outside of my comfort zone. Thank you and I will be back again!

Decent sandwich spot with plenty of options. We had the Turkey Sub which was good but very expensive for a sandwich. We paid $30 for 2 sandwiches so for that reason I wouldn’t really go back

Has the highest selection of subs I've seen for vegetarians. Recommend the handsome owl was good.

Great selection of sandwiches, plenty to choose from. You're bound to find something you like. They have a good selection of chips and drinks as well. It really was delicious!

After Jersey Mike’s, there are really only three sub shops in LA that are worth visiting: Santoro’s Subs in Burbank, Fat Sal’s in Hollywood, and Ike’s. That’s it. My love for Santoro’s is such that when I lived in Irvine, I would drive an hour to grab one. But now: Ike’s. I have fallen—madly, deeply, doo—in love with the Ménage A Trois. I’ve never fantasized about a sub—until now. This may very well be the death of me. (The sub in the picture is the rare occasion I ordered something other.) My conclusion is: Ike’s is god’s gift to us humble peasants.
